Since we're building a community on the hillside of a lake, views are a top priority. The cottages at La Bourgade on Seneca are staggered on the hill to allow all residents a beautiful and unique view of Seneca Lake. Certain houses also feature dormer-styled windows, which offer an even more spectacular view of the lake.

Choose a cottage that suits your needs. We currently offer three rental houses — 'Classic', the 'Spacious', and the 'Grand' — that range in square footage, views, and number of bath. The 'Grand' is our newest housing style that features 1,000+ square feet of gracious living space, two bedrooms, and two full baths.

For the next phase of houses, we're introducing one other—the 'Petit', which averages 600 square feet.

“I stepped out of my truck, looked down at the view of Seneca Lake, and thought, 'I need to build here.'"
