24/7 community center access 

All residents enjoy free access to the community space 'Meeting House' — complete with a kitchen, TV and living space, and Wifi. Residents are welcome to book the space (for free!) for private events, including parties, classes, meetings, and more.

Easy mail drop-off and delivery

Inside the Meeting House, residents will find their personal brass mail box—which makes mail pick up and delivery a breeze. UPS will be your new best friend.

In-house washer & dryer

Leave your quarters behind. At La Bourgade on Seneca, each apartment comes with its own stacked washer & dryer, making life easy and wrinkle-free.

Unobstructed lake views

Since we're building a community on the hillside of a lake, views are a top priority. The cottages at La Bourgade on Seneca are staggered on the hill to allow all residents a unique and unobstructed view of Seneca Lake. Certain houses also feature dormer-styled windows, which offer an even more spectacular view of the lake.

Tiny house living

For June 2017, we're building two designs at La Bourgade on Seneca - the 'Classic' and the 'Spacious'. For the next phase of houses, we're introducing two others—the 'Petit', which averages 600 square feet, and the 'Grand', the largest style house in the community. Choose the square footage that works for you.
